SIMANCO is the successor to George L. Simonds Company, which began in the incinerator business over 55 years ago.

SIMONDS MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, located in Winter Haven, Florida, builds incinerators in 22 models, all of which incorporate the modular concept of construction.

The batch burn type incinerator suitable for the smaller industrial plant or hospital under 240 beds has been manufactured since the company began.

In 1974, a line of continual burn systems was introduced which allows the destruction of waste as it accumulates. With the automatic ash removal feature, it can be operated up to 24 hours per day on a continual burn basis.

A line of pathological type units is also available for the destruction of animal and human remains.
